Scientific Name: Papaver nudicaule
Life Cycle: Perennial
Remarks: Italian bred poppies. HUGE tissue papery flowers up to 15cm, in coral, rose and salmon tones. Stem length approx 30cm.
Plant Height: 45cm-55cm
When: Late Summer + Autumn (Winter in warmer climates)
Sowing Depth + Method: 1mm deep, if raising seedlings take care when transplanting not to disturb roots.
Spacing: 30cm apart
Position: Full Sun
Days until germination: 10-14 days 10-28 days ** will take longer to germinate than other poppies.
